Food, food, food. You can obsess about it, count it's calories, avoid it, eat too  much of it, read about it and talk about the latest diet you are on. It's more than about restricting it to lose weight or to provide fuel for the gym. It can improve your mood, reduce pain and inflammation, help you to think clearer and faster, give you energy to enjoy life, sleep better, look younger and all whilst still being able to taste so good!

As a clinical nutritionist I understand that food and nutrition play an important role in not only improving daily life but also nearly every medical condition. The human body has an amazing capacity to heal itself with the right conditions and food is one of the key factors in overcoming many of life's difficulties.

This clinic specialises in:

Children's concerns such as poor immunity, learning and behavioural challenges (including ADHD and Autism spectrum) suspected food intolerances and fussy eating. The food your child eats has an immense effect on their brain and behaviour- greater than many people realise. Good nutrition is needed for the brain's construction and to keep it's development on schedule, yet poor nutrition is holding many of our children back and stops them from being the best they can be. For children who are struggling at school also look at the FOOD MOOD MIND program under Neurodevelopmental Therapy.
