Fasting from Technology to Reset Your Biology

At Joshua Wellness Practice, I often speak about you become what you repeat as an extension of the saying you become what you eat.

When does health begin?

Our health begins at conception. If the building blocks that are available (from the parents) are not healthy, the foetus may start its journey through life behind the eight-ball.
