Don’t Just Know Your Pattern — Track Its Change
Your NeuroInfiniti assessment is more than a starting point.
When you begin brain-based chiropractic care at Joshua Wellness Practice, one of the first things we want to understand is your pattern.
How does your brain and nervous system respond to stress?
Are you able to adapt and recover easily, or does your system tend to stay switched on? Do you settle quickly after stress, or does your brain remain in a heightened state?
The NeuroInfiniti Stress Response Evaluation (NI SRE) gives us a way to measure these responses and identify patterns that may have developed over time.
But knowing your pattern at the beginning is only part of the story.
Your brain can change
Your brain and nervous system are constantly adapting to the experiences and demands of your life.
Repeated stress, trauma, lifestyle habits and environmental influences can reinforce particular patterns. Over time, these patterns can become the way your brain automatically responds to everyday life.
The good news is that the brain is adaptable.
Through neuroplasticity, your brain can develop new patterns and new responses.
This is why we don't want to simply test you once, tell you your pattern and put the report away.
We want to see what happens to your pattern as you progress through care.
From assessment to achievement
Regular NI achievement assessments allow us to look at your progress objectively.
Rather than relying only on how you feel on a particular day, we can repeat the assessment and compare your brain and nervous system's response over time.
We can look for changes in areas such as:
How your system responds to stress
How quickly you recover after stress
Your ability to regulate and settle
Changes in your overall nervous system pattern
Your capacity to adapt to stress
This gives us another important question to ask:
Is your brain becoming better at handling life?
Your care should evolve as you do
At JWP, we don't believe your care should be exactly the same from beginning to end.
As your brain and nervous system change, your needs can change too.
Your NI results can help guide the ongoing direction of your brain-based chiropractic care and the lifestyle strategies we recommend alongside it.
It becomes a process of:
Assess → Understand → Care → Adapt → Reassess
The goal isn't simply to get a different number on a report.
The goal is to help your brain and nervous system develop greater adaptability, regulation and resilience—so that you are better equipped to respond to the demands of everyday life.
Don't just ask, "How do I feel?"
How you feel matters.
But sometimes meaningful change is happening beneath the surface before you notice a dramatic difference in symptoms or how you feel day to day.
That's why regular achievement assessments can be so valuable.
They give us the opportunity to see the change.
Your first NI assessment gives us a picture of where your brain and nervous system are starting.
Your follow-up assessments help show us where you're going.
Know your pattern.
Track your change.
Build your adaptability.
Develop your resilience.
Your brain is designed to adapt. Let's measure how well yours is changing.
